SPONSORSHIP FOR THE STATE DRIVER’S EXAM: This service is not included with the price of the Drivers Education Program. Sponsorship is available to any D.E. student with instructor approval.
The student’s final driving hour is an evaluation lesson. An evaluation is when the instructor “tests” the student on various skills needed to pass the road test, and a pass or fail grade is given. Grand Prix will not sponsor a student without prior approval from an instructor.
This service includes a warm up lesson, given immediately before the test, Grand Prix booking the road test with the RMV and handling all the paperwork. The warm up lessons are either a half hour, $60.00 or an hour, $80.00 and consist of a review of road test skills. Please inquire for proper paperwork with the office.
ADDITIONAL LESSONS : After completing the course the student or the parents may require additional lessons. The lessons are $50.00 per hour. The cancellation fee without 24-hour notice still applies $40.00.
