When you have completed all requirements for your particular course, Grand prix will mail a letter to the RMV in Boston requesting the students' certification. Certificate request letters go out the the RMV 2-3 Times per week depending on the amount of students who need to be certified.

Once the certificate request letter is mailed from Grand Prix it takes 7-14 business days for the RMV to enter the information into the RMV database. There is only 1 person who enters certifications into the RMV computer for the entire state of Massachusetts.

Once your certification is in he RMV database you may then schedule your road test. You will not evidence a physical certificate. You can check the status of your certification by logging onto www.grandprixdrivingschool.net, selecting the flag on the left-hand side listed as "other services." At the top of the page there will be a bulleted link titled "Verify your driver's ed certificate." By selecting that link you will be directed to the RMV website where you must fill in the requested information. Once entered, you can see if your certification has been completed.

Grand Prix does offer sponsorship services to all enrolled students. You may attain a form on our website listed above or stop by our Hyannis Location and pick one up. If you choose Grand Prix for a sponsorship, fill out the form, select your option, and return it to our Hyannis office along with the payment. You may come into the office or mail it in. Once you submit your form we will book your road test and contact you with the time, date, etc.
